Je to smrteln\u011b v\u00e1\u017en\u00e9, proto\u017ee no\u010dn\u00ed sny jsou nepostradateln\u00e9 pro vyva\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed\u00a0 \u0161\u00e1len\u00ed dne. Je to n\u011bco, co u\u010d\u00edm a praktikuji.<\/p>\n<p>Pokud tomu d\u00e1me \u0161anci, je mnoho cest, kter\u00fdmi m\u016f\u017eeme usilovat o prolomen\u00ed snov\u00e9ho obdob\u00ed sucha. M\u016f\u017eeme si pro noc nastavit zaj\u00edmav\u00fd z\u00e1m\u011br a b\u00fdt p\u0159ipraveni zaznamenat si cokoli, co se n\u00e1m kdykoli b\u011bhem noci zd\u00e1. M\u016f\u017eeme se rozhodnout, \u017ee budeme shov\u00edvav\u00ed i\u00a0k \u00fatr\u017ek\u016fm sn\u016f. I ten nejjemn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1znak snu m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt zaj\u00edmav\u00fdm materi\u00e1lem, se kter\u00fdm si m\u016f\u017ee\u0161 pohr\u00e1t. Zachyt\u00ed\u0161 tak zbytek snu, p\u0159esto\u017ee sen s\u00e1m u\u017e je pry\u010d.
