Nep\u0159eh\u00e1n\u00edm, kdy\u017e tvrd\u00edm, \u017ee na\u0161i spole\u010dnost tr\u00e1p\u00ed t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 a vlekl\u00e9 obdob\u00ed snov\u00e9ho sucha.<\/p>\n<p>Pohledem mnoha duchovn\u00edch tradic jde o velmi v\u00e1\u017en\u00fd stav. Navahov\u00e9 \u0159\u00edkaj\u00ed, \u017ee skrze sny lid\u00e9 z\u016fst\u00e1vaj\u00ed v\u00a0kontaktu s\u00a0oblastmi ducha. Pokud jste ztratili sv\u00e9 sny, \u0159\u00edkaj\u00ed Irok\u00e9zov\u00e9, ztratili jste \u010d\u00e1st svoj\u00ed du\u0161e. \u201eJe to star\u00e1 zn\u00e1m\u00e1 pravda,\u201c prohl\u00e1sil skv\u011bl\u00fd psycholog C. G. Jung ve sv\u00e9 posledn\u00ed velk\u00e9 studii, \u201e\u017ee B\u016fh k\u00a0n\u00e1m hovo\u0159\u00ed p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm sn\u016f a viz\u00ed.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Pro snov\u00e9 sucho najdeme v\u00a0mnoha modern\u00edch \u017eivotech t\u0159i hlavn\u00ed d\u016fvody:<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u0160patn\u00e9 n\u00e1vyky<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Rytmus a rutina b\u011b\u017en\u00e9ho m\u011bstsk\u00e9ho \u017eivota jednodu\u0161e nepodporuj\u00ed op\u011btovn\u00e9 vyvol\u00e1n\u00ed snu. Velmi \u010dasto jsme probuzeni \u0161okem, zvon\u011bn\u00edm bud\u00edku nebo spolunocle\u017en\u00edky \u010di d\u011btmi, kter\u00e9 se pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed dostat do \u0161koly. Vyklop\u00fdt\u00e1me ven do sv\u011bta a poh\u00e1n\u011bni kofeinem se sna\u017e\u00edme proj\u00edt kole\u010dky na\u0161ich uz\u00e1v\u011brek a z\u00e1vazk\u016f. V\u011bt\u0161inou nem\u00e1me nic, co by n\u00e1s podpo\u0159ilo a odm\u011bnilo za to, \u017ee jsme si uv\u011bdomili a zaznamenali, co se n\u00e1m zd\u00e1lo. V\u011bt\u0161ina z\u00a0n\u00e1s postr\u00e1d\u00e1 tak\u00e9 schopnost vytvo\u0159it si bezpe\u010dn\u00e9 m\u00edsto, kde bychom mohli sv\u00e9 sny sd\u00edlet. Kde bychom dostali n\u00e1pomocnou zp\u011btnou vazbu a podporu p\u0159i p\u0159\u00edprav\u011b tvo\u0159iv\u00e9 akce, kterou zhmotn\u00edme veden\u00ed ze sv\u00fdch sn\u016f a z\u00edsk\u00e1me jejich energii. Pokud nebudeme s\u00a0na\u0161imi sny n\u011bco <em>d\u011blat<\/em>, nebude se n\u00e1m sn\u00edt dob\u0159e.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Strach a l\u00edtost<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Ut\u00edk\u00e1me od na\u0161ich sn\u016f, proto\u017ee si mysl\u00edme, \u017ee by n\u00e1m mohly \u0159\u00edkat n\u011bco, co nechceme sly\u0161et \u2013 o na\u0161ich temn\u00fdch str\u00e1nk\u00e1ch, o nesn\u00e1zi nebo nemoci, kter\u00e1 je p\u0159ed n\u00e1mi. Zabouchneme dve\u0159e a \u0159ekneme \u201eto je jenom sen\u201c. To je chab\u00e1 strategie. T\u00e9mata, kter\u00e1 jsme nechali v\u00a0noci nedo\u0159e\u0161en\u00e1, budou obch\u00e1zet kolem a v\u00a0na\u0161\u00ed ka\u017edodenn\u00ed realit\u011b se n\u00e1m zakousnou do zadku.<\/p>\n<p>Anebo m\u016f\u017eeme sn\u00edt o n\u011b\u010dem p\u0159ekr\u00e1sn\u00e9m \u2013 o radosti a pot\u011b\u0161en\u00ed s\u00a0\u201et\u00edm prav\u00fdm\u201c nebo \u201etou pravou\u201c, o domov\u011b sn\u016f, o pr\u00e1ci sn\u016f, o sv\u011bt\u011b pln\u00e9m m\u00edru a kr\u00e1sy. Ale kdy\u017e se probud\u00edme, \u0159ekneme si, \u017ee v\u00a0na\u0161em \u017eivot\u011b neexistuje nikdo jako \u201eten prav\u00fd\u201c, \u017ee se n\u00e1m t\u00edm nechce zab\u00fdvat, \u017ee n\u00e1m tak\u00e9 chyb\u00ed pen\u00edze nebo schopnosti, abychom zhmotnili to, co jsme si ve snech u\u017e\u00edvali. Nebereme sv\u00e9 sny v\u00e1\u017en\u011b, proto\u017ee si \u0159ekneme, \u017ee jsou to \u201ejenom\u201c sny. A to je taky p\u011bkn\u011b hloup\u00fd n\u00e1vyk. Pokud se n\u00e1m o n\u011b\u010dem zd\u00e1, mus\u00edme b\u00fdt schopni to realizovat.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Um\u011bl\u00e9 sp\u00e1nkov\u00e9 cykly<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Na\u0161e p\u0159edstava dobr\u00e9ho sp\u00e1nku je velmi \u010dasto v\u00a0rozporu s\u00a0na\u0161imi sny. Mnoho z\u00a0n\u00e1s v\u011b\u0159\u00ed \u2013 za podpory libovoln\u00e9ho po\u010dtu sp\u00e1nkov\u00fdch l\u00e9ka\u0159\u016f a farmaceutick\u00fdch spole\u010dnost\u00ed \u2013 \u017ee pot\u0159ebujeme ka\u017edou noc str\u00e1vit sedm \u010di osm hodin nep\u0159eru\u0161ovan\u00fdm sp\u00e1nkem. Tato my\u0161lenka by na\u0161e p\u0159edky udivila. P\u0159ed p\u0159\u00edchodem um\u011bl\u00e9ho osv\u011btlen\u00ed (plynu a n\u00e1sledn\u011b elekt\u0159iny) v\u011bt\u0161ina lid\u00ed za\u017e\u00edvala \u201ed\u011blen\u00fd sp\u00e1nek\u201c, kter\u00fd m\u011bl minim\u00e1ln\u011b dva r\u016fzn\u00e9 cykly. V\u00a0Anglii se jim \u0159\u00edkalo \u201eprvn\u00ed sp\u00e1nek\u201c a \u201edruh\u00fd sp\u00e1nek\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>Experimenty, kter\u00e9 uspo\u0159\u00e1dal t\u00fdm doktora Thomase Wehra z\u00a0N\u00e1rodn\u00edho institutu du\u0161evn\u00edho zdrav\u00ed, ukazuj\u00ed, \u017ee pokud se lid\u00e9 zbav\u00ed um\u011bl\u00e9ho osv\u011btlen\u00ed, vrac\u00ed se ke sp\u00e1nkov\u00e9mu rozvrhu na\u0161ich p\u0159edk\u016f, v n\u011bm\u017e je zahrnut interval n\u011bkolika hodin mezi dv\u011bma sp\u00e1nky. Jedn\u00edm z\u00a0nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00edch objev\u016f Wehrova v\u00fdzkumu je skute\u010dnost, \u017ee b\u011bhem tohoto intervalu byla u \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f pokusu zaznamen\u00e1na zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e1 hladina prolaktinu, hormonu podv\u011bsku mozkov\u00e9ho, kter\u00fd pom\u00e1h\u00e1 slepic\u00edm sed\u011bt m\u00edrumilovn\u011b del\u0161\u00ed dobu na vejc\u00edch. Lidem tento hormon pom\u00e1h\u00e1 sn\u00e1\u0161et vejce jin\u00e9ho druhu, uv\u00e1d\u00ed je do zm\u011bn\u011bn\u00e9ho stavu v\u011bdom\u00ed, kter\u00fd je podobn\u00fd meditaci. Sp\u00e1nkov\u00fd historik A. Roger Erich \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 p\u0159\u00edmo: \u201eSp\u00e1nek v jednom kuse, takov\u00fd, jak ho za\u017e\u00edv\u00e1me dnes, je nep\u0159irozen\u00fd.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Francouzi maj\u00ed kouzeln\u00e9 slovo pro stav na prahu mezi dv\u011bma sp\u00e1nky: dorveille, co\u017e doslovn\u011b znamen\u00e1 bd\u011bn\u00ed\u2013sp\u00e1nek. U domorod\u00fdch lid\u00ed a u na\u0161ich p\u0159edk\u016f to je \u010das, kdy se m\u016f\u017eete probudit a sd\u00edlet sny s\u00a0k\u00fdmkoli, kdo je pobl\u00ed\u017e.
